I wanted to share with you my Every Day Scrambled Eggs Recipe which is very simple, easy and fast. This is perfect if you have a little bit of time to cook breakfast in the morning. I try to follow the Zone Diet which all about balancing protein, carbs and fats in every meal as well as controlling the portions according to your gender and size. The plate below is an example of a good breakfast for a medium female according to the Zone Diet.
